1. Service Description

Freeholdbn operates a participative financing (crowdlending) platform specialized in the real estate sector, authorized under current Spanish regulations on participative financing platforms. The platform connects real estate project developers with individual and professional investors.

2. Registration Requirements

To use investment services, the user must be over 18 years old, reside in a European Economic Area country, and complete the identity verification process in accordance with Law 10/2010 on the prevention of money laundering. The data provided during registration must be truthful, complete and up-to-date at all times.

3. Investment Process

Published projects include detailed information about investment conditions: estimated return, term, guarantees and associated risks. Each investor is responsible for analyzing the information and making investment decisions independently.

The minimum investment per project is 50 euros. Freeholdbn may establish maximum limits in accordance with applicable regulations for non-accredited investors.

4. Investment Risks

All investment carries risks, including partial or total loss of invested capital. Past returns do not guarantee future results. Real estate crowdlending investment is subject to sector-specific risks: market fluctuations, project delays and default risk.

Freeholdbn does not guarantee investment returns or capital repayment. We recommend diversifying and not investing funds you may need in the short term.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software and design) is owned by Freeholdbn S.L. or its licensors and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property laws. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorization is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Freeholdbn acts as an intermediary between investors and developers, without being a party to investment operations. We shall not be liable for damages arising from platform use or user investment decisions, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. We do not guarantee continuous platform availability, though we strive to maintain the highest level of service.

7. Data Protection

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and current regulations. By accepting these terms, the user acknowledges having read and understood our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For dispute resolution, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Madrid, with express waiver of any other forum that may correspond to them.

9. Amendments

Freeholdbn reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated to registered users at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
